History[]
At some point in or before 1932, this restaurant was the meeting place between Albus Dumbledore and Gellert Grindelwald, where they discussed their common past and goals. There, Grindelwald expressed his distate for the Muggles present and informed Dumbledore of his intention to destroy their world, with or without Dumbledore's help, but he did acknowledge that they knew how to brew a good cup of tea.[1]
