This Minister of Magical Transportation (born c. 1949) was a wizard who headed the Department of Magical Transportation by 1996. During his school years at Hogwarts, he was a member of the Slug Club.[3]

Early life[]
He was born in around 1949.[1] He attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, where he was made a member of the Slug Club by his Potions Master, Horace Slughorn. He graduated in 1967.
Adulthood[]
Professional life[]
Sometime after graduating from Hogwarts, he was employed by the Ministry of Magic and by December of 1996 was considered the "new" Minister of Magical Transportation.[3]
Slug Club Christmas party[]
On 20 December, 1996, he attended a Christmas party at Hogwarts Castle, held by his former professor, Horace Slughorn. Slughorn was delighted to see him and quickly dismissed Harry Potter upon seeing him.[3]
