"I once knew a Muggle girl from Liverpool with hair like spun silk. No light could resist it..."
Albus Dumbledore upon seeing a billboard advertising Divine Magic, in Surbiton Station[1]

This Muggle girl from Liverpool was someone that the late Hogwarts Headmaster Albus Dumbledore took a fancy to in his youth. A woman featured on a Divine Magic billboard made Albus remember about this girl.[1]

Behind the scenes

"In fact, recently I was in a script read through for the sixth film, and they had Dumbledore saying a line to Harry early in the script saying I knew a girl once, whose hair... [laughter]. I had to write a little note in the margin and slide it along to the scriptwriter, "Dumbledore's gay!" "
J. K. Rowling
