This man was a French Non-Magique resident of Paris in the 1920s.
Biography[]
Together with his wife and child, he lived in an house on Boulevard Haussmann. In 1927, he, along with his wife and son, were murdered by Gellert Grindelwald's acolytes with the Killing Curse under the orders of Grindelwald himself. They later used the family's home as a temporary headquarters, from where he conducted a search for Credence Barebone.[1]
