This female Qilin lived in the Tianzi Mountains in Kweilin, China in 1932.[1]

This female Qilin gave birth to twin daughters in the Tianzi Mountains in 1932. Newton Scamander assisted her in giving birth, however, Gellert Grindelwald's acolytes interrupted the scene and brutally killed the mother Qilin by firing spells at her, flaying her hide. She died, with one of her children by taken by Grindelwald's acolytes, and the other secretly by Newt. Newt comforted the Qilin as she died, when he realised that she had given birth to twins.[1]
