This woman was a Death Eater who was present at a meeting in Malfoy Manor. Described as broad, hunched, and pointy-toothed, she cackled when Lord Voldemort introduced his airborne hostage as Charity Burbage. It is possible that, after Voldemort's defeat in 1998, she was either killed or imprisoned.

Behind the scenes

Based on her description, it is possible this woman is Alecto Carrow. However, this remains to be verified.
