This wizard was a student who attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry during Jacob's sibling's time at school.[1]
Biography[]
During the 1987–1988 school year, he was asked by Jacob's sibling's Head of House to test Jacob's sibling on their ability to become a Prefect. He then invited Jacob's sibling to the Artefact Room (pretending) to know more about the school rules.[1]
