This poor boy was an American No-Maj who lived in New York in the early 20th century.

Biography

In 1926, the boy went to the Second Salem Church, where poor children were fed in exchange for distributing leaflets. While he was waiting in line for soup, the boy asked New Salem Philanthropic Society leader Mary Lou Barebone if the birthmark on another boy's face was a "witch's mark," to which she replied that it was not.[1]
