'''Upper Hogsfield''' was a hamlet located in the countryside north of [[Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry]] in [[Scotland]]. It was the closest hamlet to the village of [[Hogsmeade]] and in homage to the nearby village, the residents chose the name 'Hogsfield'. However, about the same time, the villagers of [[Lower Hogsfield]] also choose the name 'Hogsfield', after the school that taught them all.
