So like many of you here, the Harry Potter series has become something of a staple in my household. The family and I sit down to watch it, at a minimum, on a bi-monthly basis.
As I sit here and read through many of the thought-provoking posts shared by all of you. I can't help but feel a sense of envy for world(s) that the story creates. Specifically, though, I feel especially jealous of that specific section of brick wall that leads them to platform 9-3/4.
I realize that this is an extremely diverse and culturally rich global community. But for me personally, it feels like the world is getting crazier and crazier. Especially here in the U.S.. Where it feels like neighbors are being pitted against their fellow neighbors, for some reason or another, and tensions are getting higher and higher with each passing day.
I can only imagine, what an amazing sense of relief they must feel. Whenever they cross over the threshold from the muggle to the magical world.
Anyone else feel this way?
