Barty Crouch Jr.
According to Bartemius Crouch Junior#Behind the scenes, the Kiss was not mentioned in the film. The article's Talk page is probably where you'd want to raise the question if you need more clarification. --Sammm✦✧(talk) 03:42, July 2, 2020 (UTC)
- He was sent to Azkaban. Then nothing was mentioned anymore.
- I know another user in this wiki who signs the same way as you - above the post and at the end. Crazy. 18:34, July 2, 2020 (UTC)
- I would say Yes. 19:43, July 2, 2020 (UTC)
Thanks for contributing to the Harry Potter Wiki! Please note, we use British spelling, syntax, and grammar on this Wiki (e.g. "defence" instead of "defense", and "practise" instead of "practice" when it is a verb). We use British titles as well (e.g. "Philosopher's Stone" instead of "Sorcerer's Stone", and "Minister for Magic" instead of "Minister of Magic"). If you have any further questions, feel free to ask. Thanks. --Ironyak1 (talk) 23:38, July 2, 2020 (UTC)
Please read our image policy (https://harrypotter.fandom.com/wiki/Harry_Potter_Wiki:Image_policy) to understand how to properly upload images onto this wiki in accordance with our rules, as your recent upload failed to meet our standards. Thank you --RedWizard98 (talk) 10:18, July 3, 2020 (UTC)
RE Reptile House
In Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, Piers and Dudley do not fall into the snake tank after the glass vanishes, but simply stand there, gaping in horror at what they have seen. Dudley only falls into the tank in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (film). I hope this helps. --RedWizard98 (talk) 11:18, July 3, 2020 (UTC)
Can you please follow our image policy when uploading image files? The file names you are giving them are unacceptable and impossible to understand, and you are not providing them with any file or summary information, so we do not know if these images even come from a canon source or not. Please read our image policy in full (https://harrypotter.fandom.com/wiki/Harry_Potter_Wiki:Image_policy) and follow it with any future uploads you may do, otherwise admins may get involved.--RedWizard98 (talk) 22:42, July 19, 2020 (UTC)
- I went ahead and renamed your uploads File:Quirinus_Quirrell_by_Jim_Kay_-_PS_IE.jpeg and File:Peter_Pettigrew_by_Jim_Kay_-_POA_IE.jpeg If you take a look at the Quirrell image you'll see the sort of Summary information needed to abide by the Image policy. Feel free to copy that over the the Pettigrew image and update as needed. You'll want to add similar categories to the Pettigrew image as well. Hope that helps - let me know if there are questions. Cheers --Ironyak1 (talk) 22:58, July 19, 2020 (UTC)
Well I'm sorry you are not allowed to change his profile image. It has been approved by a wide number of different editors, not just a single one, so do not try and change it yourself or it will be removed. You can't just change images on your own accord without the approval of other editors; that is not how our wiki works.--RedWizard98 (talk) 23:08, July 19, 2020 (UTC)
RE:Harry Potter profile picture vote
You can't just say you want to change it and then change it. Other users need to agree first. An admin replied to you on Talk:Harry Potter, saying articles generally use the latest representation of a character that is of high quality. Basically, the photo you are trying to change it to isn't good enough. It's a duplicated photo with none of the licensing information required, anyway. - 23:24, July 19, 2020 (UTC)
- Please stop uploading photos that already exist on this wiki. You may wish to consult our image policy. - 23:43, July 19, 2020 (UTC)
We have said this countless times but you CANNOT change Voldemort's profile image as you have zero approval from anyone else but yourself. And please do not continue to upload duplicates without any file information as these will be deleted.--RedWizard98 (talk) 23:47, July 19, 2020 (UTC)
No I won't. I would also have to go through a vote, anyway. The image policy is pretty clear about image rules, and you haven't complied at all with your uploads. Just leave it. -23:50, July 19, 2020 (UTC)
The image you keep inserting of Pettigrew is inadequate, as it is a low quality duplicate of an already existing file and we have placed it in deletion. Images of film characters are perfectly adequate across this wiki and don't need to be changed, thank you.--RedWizard98 (talk) 02:21, July 20, 2020 (UTC)
Please do not keep uploading the same images which we already have a version of. For instance, we already have a high resolution version of File:Voldemort_nagini.jpeg so there is no need to keep uploading lower quality versions as they will just be deleted. Please use the already existing images if you want to add them to articles. Thanks --Ironyak1 (talk) 18:10, July 20, 2020 (UTC)
