Infobox image

In general, image in inbox are headshots! That being said, I'll be the first one to say, your images appear to have better quality (super envious! I also screenshot the characters as they are on the leaderboard, but certain parts just always comes out jagged.. idk if it cuz iPhone SE has smaller screens? sighs.) So, I'll also be the first one to welcome you to replace (upload your version) of the HEADSHOTS. Quality is the only reason I can think of as to why you'd remove and swap image, but like I said, full-body shot just aren't used when others are available, hope that's understandable? --Sammm✦✧(talk) 22:35, June 3, 2018 (UTC)

I agree with Sammm鯊. It makes more sense for infobox images to be headshots than to be full-body shots, especially on mobile devices where the amount of available screen space isn't very great. There's also the fact that unilaterally changing infobox images, without discussing the matter with other users, is against this wiki's policies. You should also remember that just because you grabbed and uploaded some images, that doesn't make them "yours"; they still belong to Warner Bros. or to whoever created the game they are from, and if deemed to be copyright violations, could be taken down at any time. — evilquoll (talk) 09:57, June 6, 2018 (UTC)

Do you have a source for the page you made - Duel Between Emeric the Evil and Egbert the Egregious? - Kates39 (talk) 11:45, June 8, 2018 (UTC)

When uploading an image such as File:Duel_between_emeric_and_egbert.jpeg please include a source and copyright status in the Description or it may be deleted. You can go back and edit the Description at any point to fix this issue. Thanks --Ironyak1 (talk) 02:30, July 31, 2018 (UTC)

Deathly Hallows Stuntmen

Could you please post pics of stuntmen who appeared in Deathly Hallows parts 1 and 2? (Hobbiton777 (talk) 18:09, August 8, 2018 (UTC))

Chester Davis image

The current image is fine the way it is and doesn't need a new image. The current image shows the same look we see from Chester Davis we always see. IlvermornyWizard (talk) 02:27, August 11, 2018 (UTC) IlvermornyWizard

Poor quality images

Please stop adding the image of the Young Redhaired Witch. Since it's poor quality, it doesn't belonged on the page or the wiki. It's a bad image of her and not clear enough. Why upload images from the film if they're terrible quality, especially if they are too blurry and not clear enough? It's better to wait until the screencaps from the film are available or wherever you are getting the video to make screencaps is of much higher quality. Until you get an admin to say it's fine to keep terrible quality images on the page and by the definition the wiki, everytime you revert my edit, I will revert it right back. Grunnings image

Hello there, I was just wondering what source was for which you obtained this image of Vernon Dursley standing outside the Grunnings headquarters? Thanks. RedWizard98 (talk) 20:03, September 19, 2019 (UTC)

Image uploads

Hello, do please make sure all your Hogwarts Mystery uploads actually contain full information boxes, including descriptions, sources, licenses, categories, author etc, as none of your recent uploads have this necessary information. Kind regards --RedWizard98 (talk) 03:11, February 16, 2020 (UTC)

HM Images

Hello there, I've noticed you still are not correctly providing all the necessary information into your image files that you upload. The description, source, license, and relevant categories always need to be properly applied. --RedWizard98 (talk) 15:03, February 23, 2020 (UTC)

All categories are required to be in alphabetical order as per the wiki's policy, no exceptions even if you have to add it manually on Source Mode or add each one again rather than just putting it at the bottom of the list because it's easier. Andrewh7 (talk) 03:27, March 9, 2020 (UTC) Andrewh7

Image summary information

I am sure I have informed of this policy before, but please can you upload all the relevant summary information into the image files you upload. It is very straightforward and is required for all images to exist on this wiki. Thank you. --RedWizard98 (talk) 01:17, March 10, 2020 (UTC)

Also, do not forget to add the category to image files to which they came from ("Images from Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery" to all HM images). Thank you. --RedWizard98 (talk) 00:56, March 24, 2020 (UTC)

Where did I not add an image summary?
Yechezkelb sig(talk) 01:02, March 24, 2020 (UTC)

No, you did provide full summaries for all of them, but for some of them, you forgot to add "Images from Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery" to them, which is important, as all images need to be categorised by their source.--RedWizard98 (talk) 01:25, March 24, 2020 (UTC)

Ok, I see. Thank you for telling me. I will try to do this in the future.
Yechezkelb sig(talk) 01:41, March 24, 2020 (UTC)

Kind regards. --RedWizard98 (talk) 01:53, March 25, 2020 (UTC)

Please remember to add categories to newly uploaded images, as your The Tales of Beedle the Bard images lacked any categories. Thank you. --RedWizard98 (talk) 05:12, April 7, 2020 (UTC)

OK, I was planning on adding the categories after I was finished uploading all of the Images.
But Thanks anyway,
Yechezkelb sig(talk) 05:31, April 7, 2020 (UTC)

Hey there, fellow editor! I noticed that you knew how to use this 'Sandbox' and I was wondering if you could be so kind as to tell me how to use it, too? Mite-Man16 (talk)

In the URL for your profile page just add a forward slash (/) at the end, followed by what you want the name of the page to be. For example, for you it could be something like or Once you are on the page, just press the "Create" button and start editing.
Yechezkelb sig(talk) 23:51, March 29, 2020 (UTC)

Thank you so much! :) Mite-Man16 (talk) 23:56, March 29, 2020 (UTC)

Hello there, seen as you play Hogwarts Mystery, is the witch depicted in your recent upload of the Castelobruxo uniform an actual character in the game? Her apparent name is Alanza Alves, but does she actually exist? And if she does, what information do you know about her in the game? Kind regards. --RedWizard98 (talk) 20:04, April 13, 2020 (UTC)

Her first name name was posted on the Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery Twitter (see here). I don't know about her last name (Alves), but it does say in the twitter post that her first name is Alanza. The image that I recently posted is from this Twitter post.
Thanks, stay healthy and safe,

Hogwarts Mystery reference template

Hey there, again! If you know how to do it, I was wondering if you could quickly direct me in something. Do you possibly know how I can update the Hogwarts Mystery reference template to accomodate the games's latest chapter and its lessons? Mite-Man16 (talk) 01:39, April 18, 2020 (UTC)

Hello Mite-Man16,
The Hogwarts Mystery reference template is located at Template:HM.
Best regards, stay safe and healthy,

RE Flobberworm to Fritter

Hello Yechezkelb, I was actually going to message you first about this, so thanks for messaging me first. I actually don't know what specific chapter it comes from myself, but you could ask someone else who might. Hopefully me, you or someone else will find some footage of the spell in action so we can give the article a good quality image. Kind regards --RedWizard98 (talk) 21:22, April 19, 2020 (UTC)

Flobberworm to Fritter was one of the classes that was probably accidentally added to the classes section of Year 6 too early (along with the Xylomancy Divination class) and hasn't actually been in the game yet. PetStarPlanet (talk) 22:06, April 19, 2020 (UTC)

What I mean is that in the Lessons section (shown in this image) they normally only update it with new lessons whenever the chapter containing them is released. However, when Chapter 20 was released, they added 3 extra lessons in addition to the ones that came with that Chapter. One of them, Cave inimicum, came with the following Chapter (21), but the remaining two (Xylomancy and Flobberworm to Fritter) still haven't happened yet, and will presumably be in a future chapter. PetStarPlanet (talk) 22:28, April 19, 2020 (UTC)

Hi there, I gain information of Hogwarts Mystery subjects mainly from reading the Hogwarts Mystery article itself, along with other articles which contain information from the game. As I am not a player myself, there are specifics I often don't know myself though, allowing for others to fill in the gaps. Kind regards --RedWizard98 (talk) 23:27, April 19, 2020 (UTC)

Saw your message to Seth Cooper, figured I chime in as he's been busy lately. There already is a {{FB3}} template stubbed in by someone else, but feel free to edit it and get it started! Cheers --Ironyak1 (talk) 15:57, April 22, 2020 (UTC)

New Talbott image

The new Talbott image you uploaded recently is highly unnecessary and certainly doesn't belong in his infobox. The image before was fine and shows his everyday look, not just a look he had for the date and V-Day side quests. Andrewh7 (talk) 22:14, April 28, 2020 (UTC) Andrewh7

According to Ironyak, the image must be the most recent portrayal of the character and since Talbott's recent portrayal is in his uniform, the former image can stay. If you want a transparent image for Talbott, you can make a transparent background image from Talbott in the Friends "list", but in the future a transparent background is not necessary or important in the image chosen for the infobox. Andrewh7 (talk) 01:23, April 30, 2020 (UTC) Andrewh7
Most recent does not mean most recent image, it means most recent portrayal as in which look is most recent ad that is my image. Talbott wears the uniform all the time and is most recent portrayal not a dress robe he only wears twice. If you want a better quality image with a transparent background, then make one from Talbott's image from the Friends "list" rather than try to force the inferior image of Talbott in his dress robes on us. It would be a higher quality image and have him in his every day look, in his uniforms. It is a win-win and the probably the only way this edit war will end. Andrewh7 (talk) 04:24, April 30, 2020 (UTC) Andrewh7

Redundant Categories

In the future don't add redundant categories to pages. Take for the instance the Rowan Khanna page when you added the Deceased individuals category, but the Murder victims category is already under Deceased individuals, so the Deceased individuals category is unnecessary and redundant. Andrewh7 (talk) 22:14, April 28, 2020 (UTC) Andrewh7

Family infobox images

The images in family infoboxes only get images when it shows more than one family member and especially the entire family, not just one individual in the family. Andrewh7 (talk) 22:16, April 28, 2020 (UTC) Andrewh7

User right removal

Hi Yechezkelb; I'm sorry to inform you that I have removed your Content Moderator rights and reopened the voting forum after Ironyak1 expressed concerns over the quick closure of the vote by myself. This is entirely warranted -- I believed the vote had been open for longer and operated on good faith after you contacted me. Hopefully the vote will continue to be in your favour and the rights will be reinstated. Again, I apologise for this, but Ironyak1's concerns must be respected. - Cavalier OneGryffindorcrest(Wizarding Wireless Network) 22:22, May 5, 2020 (UTC)

Are you the one who put the infobox image on the Jacob's sibling and Severus Snape's private lessons? If so - did you edit the image so Jacob's sibling is depicted as the non-descript cloaked student from some of the concept arts? How did you do that? And if so, could you be persauded to do the same to other images as well? Tfoc (talk) 14:54, May 10, 2020 (UTC)

And the same to you, friend! Indeed. I just figured it would look better estethically if we could perhaps make wiki-specific edited images for the articles where Jacob's sibling looks consistently the same all over the wikia. Tfoc (talk) 20:28, May 10, 2020 (UTC)

Delete template

FYI, when you add the {{delete}} template, please do not replace the content of the page, just add it to the top. Otherwise I have to go digging in the page History to find out what was originally there and if it should in fact be deleted. Thanks --Ironyak1 (talk) 17:34, May 11, 2020 (UTC)

Fan-made content

Hi there, well done with becoming a content moderator, could you please delete both these fan-made article (Wizardry II (fan made game)). Thanks --RedWizard98 (talk) 01:12, May 14, 2020 (UTC)

There was another fan-made article, but MechQueste thankfully deleted it. Kind regards --RedWizard98 (talk) 01:36, May 14, 2020 (UTC)

Tulip Karasu image

Hello there, this image you uploaded of Tulip Karasu ( for some odd reason is protected, meaning it cannot be edited. It needs a full summary information box and the category "Images of Tulip Karasu) adding, so could you remove its protection? Thanks --RedWizard98 (talk) 15:07, May 19, 2020 (UTC)

Thanks for looking into it for me. --RedWizard98 (talk) 16:00, May 19, 2020 (UTC)

Hello, this is the responce to what you asked me in an "owl" . I was recently looking at my page and had my username in my head. Then I clicked on some other thing with out realizing it and it uutrned out to be your page and someone had said something like "thank you for your edit to the Hermione Granger page" and I thought that was directed to me for some reason. I was being stupid, I'm sorry. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by HubertC43 (talkcontribs).

Is there any way I can become an admin? And if I do, would I be an admin for other wikis on fandom? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by HubertC43 (talkcontribs).

Battle of Hogwarts Image

Hello again, this image here ( you uploaded for some reason is protected, meaning it cannot be edited, as it needs a full template and categories adding. You or I can apply the information, thanks --RedWizard98 (talk) 13:36, May 26, 2020 (UTC)

Charlie Weasley image

Hello again, this image here of Charlie Weasley ( is protected from editing, but it needs its file name changing, as well as an information summary box. Kind regards --RedWizard98 (talk) 13:48, May 30, 2020 (UTC)

Race/Plot to find the Cursed Vaults

Hello there, I saw your two newly created pages, the Race to find the Cursed Vaults, wherein I found the almost identical page "Plot to find the Cursed Vaults" which was created a while ago, also with the category also titled "Plot to find the Cursed Vaults". Because these two sets of articles/sets are virtually the same, I would highly recommend either merging or deleting one set of them, because they depict the same topic. Kind regards --RedWizard98 (talk) 15:38, June 2, 2020 (UTC)

Hi, I see what you have done here. Kind regards --RedWizard98 (talk) 16:18, June 2, 2020 (UTC)

Hi again, another question, I have asked two others about this, but can you think of canon mentions or depictions of the country Serbia? I personally think the article "Serbia" and its category are not notable, as I cannot find anything. Kind regards --RedWizard98 (talk) 16:26, June 2, 2020 (UTC)

Hi there, I too am very sure both the article and its two categories are fanon. I would delete all of them, as nobody including me can find anything on the issue. Kind regards --RedWizard98 (talk) 18:52, June 2, 2020 (UTC)
