The Valleys, formally referred to as the South Wales Valleys, were a region in south-east Wales.[1]
Helga Hufflepuff, described by the Sorting Hat as being "from valley broad," likely came from the Valleys.[2] Blodwyn Bludd, a vampire singer, came from the same area, and was thus known as the "Vampire from the Valleys."[3]
