Victor Ketsueki was a wizard and later a vampire who attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry from 1984 to 1991 and was Sorted into Ravenclaw house.[1] After graduating from Hogwarts, he became a spokesperson for the Society for the Tolerance of Vampires.[4]
Biography[]
Hogwarts years (1984–1991)[]
Victor began attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in 1984 and was Sorted into Ravenclaw house.[1]
During the summer of 1990, he was turned into a vampire, and so gained some fame in the next school year. According to himself, he attended all-night parties in the catacombs beneath Paris and danced with Veela until dawn. At some point during the 1990–1991 school year, he was seen talking about his experience with a bunch of students in the Great Hall.[1] Victor helped Jacob's sibling and Chiara Lobosca clear out the doxy infestation in Hogwarts Castle, in particular in the Hogwarts kitchens.[3]
Later that year, Victor and his friend Beatrice Haywood were enjoying the moonlight in the Clock Tower Courtyard one night, where they bumped into Jacob's sibling and Corey Hayden, who were having a secret conversation about taking down R with Merula Snyde.[6]
During his seventh year, he became a member of the Circle of Khanna, a secret student society dedicated to the memory of Rowan Khanna and combating R.[5] He attended a gathering with the organisation in the Three Broomsticks Inn in Hogsmeade to celebrate the imprisonment of the Dark wizard Kazuhiro Shiratori, which Jacob and their sibling helped achieve.[7]
He also slept in a coffin. During this school year, Corey Hayden secretly hid part of the Dark Scroll in his coffin. Victor informed Corey and Jacob's sibling that his coffin was missing in the Great Hall, and they went to retrieve it, as they needed to check the Scroll was safe. Victor summoned Peeves in Peeves' Room with Jacob's sibling to ask Peeves about where his coffin was, where Peeves expressed his disappointment in Victor neglecting to visit him, given how he had become such a "popular vampire" and had no time for him anymore. Victor promised to visit Peeves more so they could get up to mischief together as they used to, and Peeves told them that Fred and George Weasley had took the coffin as a prank with his knowledge, but that they had failed to show up with it to him. After finding it in the Hogwarts kitchens, Victor opened it, only to be glitter-bombed as part of the twins' prank. Although he disliked being covered in glitter, he wondered if being sparkly made him look cool. He briefly read the Scroll from inside his coffin before departing.[8]
Victor was with the Circle of Khanna in the Three Broomsticks Inn while being entertained by Peregrine, the father of Jacob's sibling.[9]

After he graduated Hogwarts in 1991, Victor found employment as a spokesperson for the Society for the Tolerance of Vampires.[4]
