This wizard (d. pre-1890)[1][2] was a wizarding criminal and the leader of the Rookwood Gang. He died an untimely and suspicious death and was succeeded as the leader of his crime ring by his son, Victor Rookwood.[2]
Biography[]
This wizard was a descendant of Charles Rookwood, one of the four Keepers. He was possibly raised at Rookwood Castle, which was once the Rookwood family home.[4]
In life, he became the leader of a crime ring known as the Rookwood Gang and had at least one child, a son named Victor. He raised his son to bend the law when possible and break it when necessary. He ultimately died under suspicious circumstances when his son was twenty-two years old. Victor grew the Rookwood Gang to uncharted success, becoming the most prominent wizarding criminal in Europe.[2]
