Mr Victor was a pure-blood wizard and the father of Viggo Victor, a champion from Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry for the Intercontinental Wizard's Cup. He was a leader.[2]
Biography[]
During his interview for the Daily Prophet on the intercontinental competition, Viggo claimed to Rita Skeeter he would be the reason for the team's victory, as his father and grandfather were also leaders and leadership was in his blood. Rita's Quick-Quotes Quill, immediately after Viggo's speech, inaccurately recorded that he was bragging about his blood, which made him furious. Rita, however, merely reacted to his anger by forbidding him from peeking and told him he would read it in the paper the next morning.[2]
