Virgil Fowler's uncle was a wizard that lived during the late 20th century and was the uncle of Virgil Fowler.
Biography[]
When Virgil Fowler's parents were killed during or shortly after the First Wizarding War, their son, Virgil, was orphaned and sent to live with him. He raised Virgil and sent him off to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry during the 1986–1987 school year.[2]
