Volubilis Potion is a potion that alters the drinker's voice. It will also restore their voice if they have lost it, and thus will end the effects of the Silencing Charm.[1]
History
During the 1996-1997 school year Harry Potter was required to brew this potion to gain entry into the potions club. He wanted to use the club to brew a Shrinking Solution to help him get Ginny Weasley to go with him to Hogsmeade.[1]
