This Volunteer Registration was a form used to sign volunteering wizards up to join the Statute of Secrecy Task Force. It was certified by the Ministry of Magic Administrative Services. The form had two sections for a wizard or witch to write their first name and last name. The form was expected to be kept confidential.[1]
