This machine was used for the purpose of cleaning and polishing wizards' wands.[2]
History[]
In late 1926, one was stationed in the Magical Congress of the United States of America headquarters, and operated by house-elves employed by MACUSA.[2]
In the late 1980s, the Former Student Centre had at least one of these machines available for use.[1]
