This witch was the maternal grandmother of Ivy and Winifred Warrington.

Biography

"I found you alone, terrified, and in so much pain. I couldn't leave you like that, so I cast a Memory Charm to make you forget. It wasn't my intention to erase the memory of your sister entirely."

When her granddaughters were growing up, Winifred accidentally vanished herself. In an effort to help Ivy forget what happened, she put a Memory Charm on her. Unfortunately, it caused Ivy to wholly forget about Winifred.

Physical description

By the late 2000s, she was an elderly witch with grey hair and purple eyes, who wore elegant purple robes and a traditional purple pointed hat.

Personality and traits

She was a caring, loving woman who couldn't bear to see those she loved in pain, but she believed she knows better than others, and somtimes couldn't hide her comtempt.

Magical abilities and skills

• Charms: She cast the Memory Charm on her granddaughter to make her forget that Winifred vanished to the point that she made her forget Winifred entirely.
• Love: She was a very caring witch who loved her granddaughters very much, and hated to see them suffer.

Concept art

• Her character sheet indicates that she was modelled after actress Frances McDormand.
• After the Chinese beta test, the 3D model of Nana was slightly redesigned. At the time of the Chinese beta test, Nana was more faithful to the concept art.
• In one of the random dialogues for the Forbidden Forest, Ivy says that she sometimes feels like her grandmother is hiding something from her. It is unclear whether this is simply an allusion to the first year story or something else: co-op play with NPCs was released from the second global beta test, which took place two years after the game was launched, and the random dialogue was only revealed then. The main storyline of the third year had already been released.
