The Weasley orchard was an orchard that was owned by the Weasley family.[2][3][4]
Description[]
It was situated next to The Burrow, and the Weasley children who lived there, plus their friends, would often use this orchard to practise playing Quidditch on. The high trees surrounding the orchard protected it from any unwanted Muggle attention whilst playing.[2][3][4]
History[]
When they first moved into The Burrow, Molly and Arthur planted this orchard. They would often sit in the orchard and have picnics. During their first picnic there, they had to spend the afternoon and night dealing with a Chizpurfle infestation, the memory of which Molly later came to cherish as a treasured romantic memory.[5]
Whenever Team Weasley wanted to play against any visitors in the Weasley Burrow Garden Cup, they would use this pitch to play on.[1]
During the 1987–1988 school year, this orchard was the host of the Party at The Burrow organised by Jacob's sibling, Charles Weasley, and Penny Haywood.[6]
The orchard was the host of William Weasley and Fleur Delacour's wedding in 1997, where it was attacked by Death Eaters.[7]
