The West Siberian Plain,[1] also known as Zapadno-sibirskaya Ravnina, is a large, poorly drained plain located in Siberia.
History[]
The 1809 Quidditch World Cup, and the subsequent Attack of the Killer Forest orchestrated by Niko Nenad, took place there, near a forest at the very edge of the plain. The forest was destroyed after the trees came to life and were destroyed by the wizards in a bloody battle.[1]
