"Are you a wizard, or what?"
The title of this article is conjectural. Although it is based on canonical information, the actual name is a conjecture and may be supplanted at any time by additional information released from canonical sources. If this occurs, please move this page to the appropriate title. |
This spell (incantation unknown) conjured a whip from the tip of the wand, seizing the target. It could be used offensively, as in duelling.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
- In Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1, Bellatrix Lestrange uses this spell to assault Scabior after he and the other Snatchers anger her in Malfoy Manor.[1] However, in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Bellatrix simply assaults him with a Stunning Spell, rendering him unconscious.[2] Therefore, the depiction of this spell in the film is non-canon.
