Wilhelmina Magat Farrell was a British witch and co-owner of Uncommon Creatures Pet Shop.[1]
Biography[]
She, along with her husband Calvin, operated Uncommon Creatures Pet Shop in Barnton, where they sold pets, whether domestic or imported. They had imported animals illegally, contrary to regulations by the British Ministry of Magic, prompting an investigation.[1]
A search of the pet shop's cellar uncovered 111 unlicenced Acromantula eggs, 7 Fire Crabs, 6 juvenile Tebos, 33 recently hatched Ashwinders, and one (1) sable ferret (which turned out to be an unlicensed Animagus named Harold Ruddle, whom the Farrells had unknowingly kept in captivity for six months). In February 2008, She was sentenced to 36 months in Azkaban.[1]
