Darling Susan,
How I long for the cliffs and sea air of Cragcroft. I miss our walks along the water and engaging talks over a pot of tea (or, dare I say, a jug of mead).
I fear I will be gone at least three months more. But I should be home for Christmas, if all goes well here in London.
Please give my regards to your dear mother. Tell her I miss her treacle tarts.
