Wolfgang Hess (1 September 1937–27 April 2016) was a German actor and voice actor who voiced Albus Dumbledore in the German-dubbed versions of the Harry Potter films from the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix through Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2.[1]
He died on 27 April 2016 at the age of 78.[2]
